It finally worked. I had to put the KDJ indicator in the MQL5/Indicators folder

That is the first thing that the instructions tell you to do on the CodeBase publication page ...

Warning! In order to provide conditions for the EA operation, you should add the compiled KDJ Indicator file to [data folder]\MQL5\Indicators
That is why people always say ... read the instructions first.
