You need to unpack the Clocks.zip file in the MQL5\Files folder.
In the \MQL5\Files\ folder, unzip the Clocks.zip file.
Unzip and reload - no !
Rascal overload - no !
Then I don't know, I won't guess. Perhaps someone will guess the reasons and give you a clue.
