EA does not launch orders in real time but in backtesting
There could be million reasons, I can only suggest to add more debug messages into your EA and then review logs and see what is going on

I have backtested and optimized an EA for two weeks. Of course it launched sell and buy orders in backtesting stage.
Now that it is running in real time on the EuroUsd currency,, it does not launch orders, neither on my pc , nor on a virtual server running 24 hours, although there have already been  three orders condition( I had to launch the orders manually) .
The automatic trading is enabled.
