Symbol for GOLD SILVER Ratio

Hi Forum,

I would like to trade a Ratio. For example the GOLD/SILVER.
Is it possible somehow create an own custom symbol for GOLD/SILVER Ratio or i must implement it as an indicator and after then can i trade the indicator value.

Originally i want to trade an overbought basket to an oversold basket.

Is it possible to create an own custom symbol for a basket?
( I would like to spare the time to create a reliable indicator, which is synchronized by DateTime [and not by Bars]. )

Or do you know perhaps a method which can synchronize the ratio by DateTime?

Yes you can create custom symbols. Read the article.

Next terminal release will offer more for your task, including explicit formula in custom symbol parameters, so you can give it like "XAUUSD/XAGUSD" (currently you need to calculate custom symbol bars in your MQL code).
