If you don't have any history, here's how you can get all available from
your broker.
- Most brokers only have 32 or 65K bars of history per timeframe. That's 45 days of M1, 2.5 years on M15, etc.

- Otherwise use the History Center

I followed exactly all the steps to download history from the broker and it just add the bar created to the chart, no download, no filling up any time gap, I don't know why nothing happened.
For the second option, I don't see anything in this User Interface - MetaTrader 4 Help to download historical data.
