Nothing is written in the explanation. The programme text is unreadable - four nested branching operators is too much for me. Especially "//tratamento sinopses para perdas" sounds mysterious.

To the developers. I suggest to introduce rules according to which all comments and names should be either in Russian or in English.
Otherwise it should be notified in the stake or forum description what language is used by the programmer...

a very good example using NN. But with 5 indicator may be too complex for beginner, in my point of view. I suggest (if possible) start with one or combination two indicator. And then, after the beginner understand the concept/methodology, they can expand to many indicator.

Using Perceptron, Automatic Learning.
