Why this indicator in the same currency example usd/chf the with same timeframe the same settings  have a different value  between  my demo account and  real account ?

Data for real data and demo data are rarely exactly the same (especially the volumes or "volumes" - ticks - those you can count to be different all the time)

It's not the same chart; there is no central exchange for FX. Every broker has their own (different feeds, different filtering.) Even demo vs live of a single broker, will have different volume (due to filtering.)
