I see, have you tried with the 2nd MT4 connect to another signal and/or another broker just to double check if it is not a problem with the MT4 copy?
I suggest you to do this to try to identify the root cause of your problem, because if this a problem with MT4 better address it to the MQL4.com forum.
Ok bro, I will try to connect to other signal provider for the 2nd MT4 to confirm the cause of the problems.

Yes, you can copy as many signals as you want on a different trading account each of course, by using a MQL5 VPS for each one of them.
