payment for subscriptions
Hi Can anyone help. I deposited $20 into my MQL5 account which I can see. When I try to use it to pay for a subscription it fails every time. Why will it not pay for the subscription? Many thanks Russ

Have you logged into your MT4 platform with your MQL5 community details?
(MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community)
You may see your $20 balance in MQL5 website, but it may be not available in your MT4 platform for signal subscription.
