MT5 not run!!!
Write ticket to ServiceDesk. Please describe as full as possible folowing information:
- Your CPU type
- Where did you get installer of MT5?
- Which folder did you install MT5?
- Do you have full access to this folder?
- Were any warnings appeared during installation proccess?
- Is in terminal folder any log file(s)? If file(s) is exist please attach it to ticket.

Dear,
I use Windows XP Pro + SP3.
I installed MT4 & MT5. MT4 is working fine. But, when I clicked MT5 icon, nothing happened.
How can I correct this problem? How can I debug MT5? Is there any logging file?
I monitor it by procmon program. But I can't understand the problem.
Please help me!
