Network Strategy Tester Fails with Error 539

Whenever I try to leverage any of the servers I have in my friends network we get the following error

tested with error "cannot load expert [539]"

I'm testing against a few EA's from the market ticksniper good santa saad scalper and others all the demo version.

Each remote host fails with the above message. The localhost will crunch the remaining 8 cycles. I have not attempted the "cloud" but i'm assuming it will do the same. If further logs are needed I can upload to pastebin or hte likes.
