Import TICK historical data on MT5

I know that somebody has already asked that, without answer, but I try again..

Anybody knows how to import historical datas based on TICKS in MT5 plateform or download these datas from a server (USDYEN). I have TICK datas from HISTDATA in ASCII but on MT5, my "import" button is not activ at all... MT5 uses special compressed format for TICK datas which I could not get so far unless for the 3 last months, and I would prefer to use HiSTDADAs because they are quite reliable so far, much more that what I have seen on MT4 servers...

Thanks for your help..

Read this post where I collected the reply from MQ (about custom symbols and custom history).

As I understand from the reply of MetaQuotes (translated from Russian onto English) so custom symbols are not ready ... it will be in the near future for example.

Hi Sergey,

May be you can tell me how to create a custom symbol.. didnt find that..

You should read the answer better, it's NOT available yet.

Your brokers provide the data, ask them.

You are right. I did it but without success. Only few serious and reliable brokers offer MT5. Activtrades for example dont provide historical datas.. That is why I ask..
