Simple Breakout EA req

hi guys,

I need a help of a programmer or an expert. I am looking for a simple breakout EA which has the following options.

I would like to set up TP/SL and trailing stop.

Select a reference candle or time range, than place pending orders like buy stop/sell stop to the high/low of the candle.

Should move the SL to BE after x pips.

And if any order hits the SL (price goes back to reference candle) than it should place that order again.

I found few EA, but there are too many options and I could not find any which is re-enter the pending orders again if SL is hit and price goes back to ref candle.
