Forex is traded in allover the world.Indians are not behind others. They are doing forex with international brokers.May be Govt not allow this business. But now forex is easy to join with any broker of the world. I see many Indians in this field , they are working confidently and getting their share of profit from market.
The RBI is punishing the banks and credit card companies processing the payments not necessarily the traders themselves. It is somewhat like online gambling in the USA. The penalties have stiffened due to the rupee crisis.
Indians are going to go to offshore banks or get to know Bitcoin to get around these Byzantine regulations.
All over the world traders are doing good in forex. Indians are taking interest in forex trading now. I now many traders who are making good income from forex they belong to india . We can not say which zone is good it is personal ability f a trader which make him a successful trader.
