This is indeed and interesting EA, though, it seems to be a scalper and scalpers are not welcomed by reputable brokers
This EA might just be a renamed free scalper... It happened so many times in the past. Maybe they changed a few settings and so on. However, we cannot be sure and we need to wait for more results. Scalpers can work good for some long time then eventually blow the account.
