Meta Trader 5 Strategy Tester & Proxy / TOR

Hello, i am surching for a way to set a proxy for the Strategy Tester.

I was only able to find some commands for the full installation of Meta Tester 5, but they are not working for me.

Proxy is a HHTP-proxy with username + password und this is my common.ini :

...\MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester\Tester\Manager

ProxyEnable=1
ProxyType=0
ProxyAddress=Ip:Port
ProxyLogin=MyUsername
ProxyPassword=MyPassword

There are no data in \AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\ and also, how can i restart the manager to use new settings?

An other option is using TOR (socks5) but i am also not able to get it to work...

It was testet with:

[Common]
ProxyEnable=1
ProxyType=1
ProxyAddress=IP:PORT

I would be happy about some tipps.
