Fisher Fixed?

Can someone please Fix this attached Fisher, so it does not repaint.

I know there are other Fixed Fishers, but they seem to have large Lags...

I remember i've fixed the Fisher Transform somewhere. Try searching "fisher transform"

 

Excuse me Scorpion, it's your fixed one that I have attached as an example of extreme Lag...

Would this one do any better, when fixed?????
