"Expert advisor closeallpositions1.2 does not respond"

 dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am using metatrader 5  with a well known broker.  To improve my trading, I make use of expert advisors, , such as closeallpositions1.2. the expert advisor had worked out for the most time.  However, on Tuesday, the advisor was unable to close positions, that I had opened manually.  as an attachment  I am sending you the screenshot of the Bug that was thrown out in the metaeditor.  Sadly I cannot understand Russian.   

having tried various things to solve the problem myself, I  have run a deinstallation of meta trader as well as  an installation, having thrown out some expert advisors and script in order to see if the problem still occurs with metatrader5., in addition to that I have the possibility to use metatrader4 with my broker.  There are some expert advisors that suit me with my trading style.  However, metatrader4 is not as advanced as metatrader5.

Is there a possibility to  solve the work that disables the expert advisor from closing positions.

 It would be very nice if you could help me.

  1. To "understand" the Russian messages and comments, simple have it machine translated with Google Translate or DeepL Translate.
  2. If it failed to close, then have a look at the Experts and Journal log to see the possible errors and reasons for failing. How are you going to figure out the reason if you don't investigate it?
