Followers will not lose money in the following cases (it was described by MQ):
Of course, if the signal provider is making his scalping using his home computer with his home internet ... so ... yes, the followers may lose ...
But if the signal provider is responsible guy so he will use MQL5 VPS asking to use same MQL5 VPS for his followers on same broker so the results may be good.

That was not true.
If a stop market order that sit at broker's server can easily slip a pip or two during a fast market, then I see no reasons slippage wont happen even if both parties using the same broker and VPS. Of course big slippage does not happen everyday but it will eat a lot of your tiny scalping profit once it happens.
It just does not worth the risk for signal followers.

you mean: someone will make a scalping during impacted economic news with the spread increased? if yes so it is his choice ...

Because I am talking about signal system in general, and you are talking about good scalping EA for example ...
If signal provider is not having such a "slip a pip or two" cases (and his scalping strategy is profitable for at least one year live trading - not backtesting for example) but his followers are having those slips (or two) so it may be of the following reasons:

I was reading the example provided by MQ: if provider and his subscribers are on same broker using MQL5 VPS so the subscribers may get (and may not) the trade earlier than provider. Means: provider clicked to open buy, this command is going to the broker's server from VPS and from broker's server directly to subscriber to VPS (same VPS with same location which is most closer to the broker's server) ... so sometimes subscribers can get the trades earlier than provider for example.
Because if everything (provider and subscribers) is within same broker's server and same VPS with same location near the broker's server so the scalping system is possible in this situation.
