You need to look into offline charts for this capability

If you want to use an EA, it doesn't matter if the chart is TICK chart, M1, D1 or whatever. Manage your ticks inside the EA.
I use a real-life auto scalper, and the time frame period doesn't really matter. My holding period is about 3 seconds.
It moves so quickly that by the time you determine it is temporarily a trend or ranging, the price would have moved.
If you are right, you close the profit.
If you are wrong, you close the loss as quickly as possible.

Like in the subject, I would like to know why the minimum time frame is M1 ?, actually I would expect the minimum time frame to be one tick.
1 Minute is quite a lot of time, is someone is using scalping, I have tried to google the reasons for this limitation but couldn't find any, can someone explain why this limitation ? Ideally I would like to use EA on a tick hart.
