chart frozen

hey guys can anyone help with this issue everytime when i set the chart to a 1 wik or 1d time frame its frozen, could anyone please help me with that i trited to reinstall  mt5 and nothing changed it still the same problem !! 
 

Did you connect MT5 to the broker?

Did anyone ever figure this out? I'm connected to my broker, and my chart has been frozen for 2 days. I've tried contacting tech support, but no response yet. 

I don't know if it matters, but I've been traveling and I don't know if that has anything to do with it (being outside of the country).
