Yes, sure you can. The different pair symbols is another story though, if there are .m or .f or something like that you won't have a problem.
I think - yes ... at least - no any information about prohibition with such a situation.
- Because in case of ECN: you open trade and after that only you place stop loss/take profit (by second action)
- In case of standard account: you may open trade with stop loss and take profit (by one action), or you can do it on the way of ECN for exampe.
