Because a pip is not money ;-)
I guess your EA is using some kind of martingale.
Also swap from holding positions too long, commission hitting trades with very small targets. Lots of reasons, but nobody can answer definitively without seeing your trade history.
You win 0.01 lotsize of 1000 pips but lose 0.02 lotsize of 800 pips
If you are looking at 207 pips on a counter of some kind it may be doing its own math on the trades without considering spread.
Somehow your EA is not actually making 207 pips if you are losing money because it is not counting your expenses: spread, commissions, slippage, etc.
What does your history show on the Account History tab?
Use a fixed position size on all your trades.
