How to Upload Pictures to Forum

By default Forex-TSD does not allow linked images. We make some exceptions but mostly we follow the general rule: no linked files.

Why? Speed and History.

To upload files to forum some simple steps you need to follow:

1.When you are on new post click on the clip tool or the Attach Management tool

2. Click on Browse Button and select the file you want to attach

3. And click on Upload Button

You will see the image just upladed on Current Attachments

After the file is uploaded you can insert it or just leave attached.

The pictures on this post are inserted. Of you leave the files as is a thumbnail will me shown on post bottom.

Also you upload files directly form other hosting

Here's an example of upload file for Imageshack.

Choose Direct Link and cut & paste the link on the attach tool window. Press Upload (on the same line)

I am not sure exactly but may be up to 2 Mb (same with file).

 

I posted some pictures in a different thread, and although they're portrait on my computer, they came out landscape on the forum, do you know why this is?
