Hi, can i make an optimization for Standard deviation channel while using the strategy tester in MT4?

What standard deviation channel?

Standard deviation is a built in indicator in metatrader and there can hardly be a faster way of calculating it?

I mean if i have an EA based on STD dev channel. Can i change the Shift and Deviation settings if i tick the customization option on the tester window to get the best settings ?

When i tried the customize option, i always got Zeros on the results.

That entirely depends on your EA and how the parameters are passed to standard deviation function. Check what is passed to it in your code
