Just open any chart and load the attached indicator. In parameter window Select all timeframe as "TRUE" and select the symbols(Maximum of 20 symbols).
You can use Side arrows to switch TF's and Up/Down arrows to switch between symbols.
It works very well, do you have another one for MT5

I understand your issue. You want to navigate all charts which are available in your market wathc.
just download this indicator and follow the process:
1. Download and copy the file.
2. Open Data Folder in MT4 File Menu.
3. Go to Folder MQL4
4. Go to Folder Indicator
5. Paste the file you downloaded.
6. Restart MT4.
7. On any chart--> Go to Insert Menu -->Indicator -->Custom--> Select File Chart_Navigator
8. Click once on that chart and then Press Up Arrow and Down Arrow.
