Multi time frame bar by bar script or ea

hey guys i have multiple time frames open at once to trade a product

and i want to 'practice' reading the market bar by bar

so i was wondering if their was an ea or script or something i can run on say a 1 hour 15 min and 1 min that would line up the bars to the 1 min time frame and bring in a new bar in after the higher time frames have been ticked thru. So after 65 bars forward on the 1 min chart 13 five min bars open on the 5 min chart and 4 15 min bar opens and 1 hour bar shows up ect
