EA to open & close all '3' pairs at 'same time'

I need an EA that be able to:

1). open all '3' pairs at the 'same time'

2). close all '3' pairs at the 'same time'

There is no problem to open or close 3 orders

But they can never be opened or closed at the exact same time (there will always be some time delay between the 3)

You mean a second delay from each other?
