What's wrong with Haweye Fatman indicator ?

Hello,

Attached is the Hawkeye Fatman indicator, which is part of the Hawkeye trading system. However, every time I try to attach it to a chart in MT4, my MT4 platform will collapse. Could someone take a look at it and advise me how to fix it please ?

It is a protected and decompiled code that has to be rewritten to be able to work with new metatrader 4 (calls to the dll will not work any more unless that dll was written specifically for unicode strings, which I doubt)
