Simple reverse expert adviser

I'm searching a simple reverse expert adviser, let's say

Buy when MA5 cross up MA 10

Close and reverse when MA 5 cross down MA 10.

Martingale and closing position when signal changes do not go hand in hand. The logic of martingaling excludes the "close on signal change" so it would be a completely different EA
