right click on the list of symbols and select "Show All"

right click show all on price feed area.

if not works, right click on price feed area and select symbols, and see how many pairs on it.

means your brokers only offer 8 pairs for trade.

If you are using new metatrader 4 it sometimes messes up with the symbols lists. Chose show all in the market watch window
