I agree, that Renko (or any offline chart) may be deceptive, when using coarse sampling as a source. You cannot avoid interpolation in some cases.

But everything else (anchor points, repainting) is in hands of a coder. (I do not understand the part about splitting a single tick, so I cannot comment it).
