4 H Timeframe

Hello ,guys!

I have talked to some traders of Forex, they all tell the that the 4H charts are tremendously important to them, As I used to trade stock by myself, I payed more attention to timeframe of 5M and 30M, using daily price+ 2 volatility as limitation of TP.So is there any difference of Forex trading and equity trading regarding to the use of time frame for you guys?

One of the most important time frames. Looking for trend generally starts at 1 hour time frame and 4 hour is a good mixture of intraday and longer periods trend estimation time frame
