Several users have not been able to upload attachments, posting a picture hoping to help with the problem, hopefully this will help, if still having any trouble uploading, please contact me or one of the moderators, we will be happy to assist.

can we know where these up loading options (basic/enhanced) are avail able,we don't find any where.

That was valid with old web interface for tsd. Now it is not (there are no such options in the new design)

You can but it is not visible till some number of additional posts is posted. Reported that to developers quite a few days ago an till now just loosing my hair - and waiting to see the day when they solve it
