Error obtaining pc timezone from gettimezoneinformation kernel32.dll

Hello guys

I have problem with some EA's that needs to get local system time

for example D20p-pivotmaster 7 or Renko expert advisor

Whenever I upload such EAs the expert tap keep producing this alarm :

error obtaining pc timezone from gettimezoneinformation kernel32.dll

I tried other lap top and same thing

Also I checked my laptop clock updating , but still same problem

Can any one please tell me how to fix this problem

I used search and found that MrTools worked with it:

May be ... you need some file inside library forder (something as TimeGMT.mqh for example).

Anyway - I do not know sorry ...
