Anyone to help me out. 

I have downloaded an indicator and installed in my File/Open data folder/ MQL5/Indicators/Example.

But still not showing in my insert/Indicator/Custom.

Is not appearing on my custom indicators.

Please help.

It depends on where you downloaded this indicator from.
If you downloaded it from some other website or from CodeBase here so read this thread about how to install (for MT4 but it is same for MT5):

or write to the author/owner/seller of this indicator asking him about how to install.
