I am not sure what it means to be licensed in Anguilla ?

I am not sure what it means to be licensed in Anguilla ? LOL sounds like a Banana republic to me but you are right that according to 24Options terms and conditions they seem to have some regulatory rules that they must follow. The only other site for binary options which has a license and is regulated appears to be Marketsworld.com located in the British Isles. However the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) on 3rd May 2012 announced that they will start to issue licenses and regulate and control the companies operating from Cyprus, which is a hot bed for unlicensed binary option web sites currently

Thank you for that information
