Saved * min 100usd
1000 usd = 0.1 multiplier lot
= 500 usd lot multiplier 0.4
= 100 usd lot multiplier 0.1
AGGRESSIVE * min 500usd
1000 usd = 1.0 multiplier lot
500 usd = 0.5 multiplier lot
* SUPER AGGRESSIVE min 1000usd
1000 usd = 1.2 multiplier lot
