It was made in the times when Doug Schaff did not make his code public and when there was a guessing game how he did that. It was called "cycle kroufr", and some versions (probably that one too) you can find here : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/176577

I think it is "Robby DSS Bressert Colored" originaly.

somebody altered it to "DSS Bressert Arrows TT"

here is one more version of that "Robby DSS Forex" ..... all two mod versions

but moderators can better guide you.
