I am not sure what results would be (rsi tends to gets flatter when the period gets longer, which is not such a good thing in this case, but will have to check - maybe some surprise )

Here is an adaptive rsi (using vhf for adapting) : adaptive_rsi.mq4

The result does not seem to b bad (it tends to be faster than the original rsi in siome levels crossing, so we may consider it as a kind of improvement)

Or try using this one (removed one possible point that could cause some problems - theoretically, but just in case made a code checking change) : adaptive_rsi_4.mq4
