Well the change was not so dramatic as some expected. Probably the most interesting comment I have found is this one :

"Stocks slipped on Wednesday on disappointment that the Federal Reserve offered no new measures to stimulate the economy and after a computer glitch at a brokerage triggered a spike in volatility shortly after the open."

So, let see if they "unglitch" what was "glitched" yesterday, or it is a simple case of 1.2 "support dancing"

They moved it in right way as expected and after that - continuing moving to wrong way as usually for many months

If I have to guess, the sentence that triggered that reaction was this one :
