There is a difference in the angle of indicator curves, before and after, but the cross seems to happened at the same bars? I didn't used it real time and in visual strategy tester it is not repainting.
From what I see at the lines that you marked on those picture, it repaints like a trooper

There were much stronger divergences in the past of those indicators and see where the DAX went after that. As long as FED keeps low rates (no rates) and prints the money (if they admit or not does not matter - official QE tapper means nothing when money printing machines are concerned) the direction is clear and no divergence will change that
