In case of spam, scam, internet flooding, posting in wrong place and so on.

If the thread/post was moved so it is always with redirection from old place to the new place (24 hour redirection). So, the starter of the thread (and all the members of the forum) will know his new place within 24 hours.

if not so - starter can use this thread to know about Where to find a moved thread

It is posting many messages in short time with no value at all.
