your all making the whole thing so much harder then it need be, all you need to do is find a broker that doesnot give you a 1099 at the end of the year. Why? Why? because if they dont give you a 1099 then they don't give one to the Tax People either. Hay you can also save the accountants fees. The cost of starting a partnership........did I just say what I think I said?
