The problem looks come from the Wind0ws 0S. Did you use Windows Vista?
Try to make the new account by running the MT4 again (not in this current account), and attached the EA.

I check my build and it is older than 220 but I can't update for some reason that I don't know. Maybe Window Vista? In this case I am not idea how resolve this and I am not a newby.
I read that Loss have same problem and resolved it? Could you help me Loss if you fixed the problem?

, i backtested my lucky v2 b ,with a hard sl and without it ,1 year bactest 90% quallity, compared both setting and in the long run ,almost no difference in the resuls ,but i noticed an slight improvment over the v2 ,the dd is less on the v2b, good news my friend

Also I received Thunder4WD as a DAT file. What do I do with a DAT file? How do I turn it in to a EA?

Thunder4WD documentation is not posted on public forums, but is included in the distributed package to donators.
You just have to unzip it.
It needs a proper extension, though. Probably dates, too.
