I know it's not how most people do it.. but I don't count the impulse leg as a valid leg until the retracement leg hits the 38.2 retracement level. I believe that more often then not a 20% retracement isn't dependable enough to enter on for a resumption of trend. If I miss the 20% move, then it's so close to the bottom of the last leg anyway, that I just wait for another break out in the direction of the initial. Make sense? Is there an indicator that will draw fibs (zigzag) based on this logic?
