Uploading an Mt4 Indicator to your Charts
put it in your experts/indicators folder...or with that pic select from other program and pick mt4editor or MT4 it will open up in the editor mode hit the ''Compile'' button ..if it not in your indicators folder hit save and put it in there

Here is where i am with trying to upload this indicator

You need to right click on it, choose "open with..." and pich Meta editor from the folder you have instaled MT4. Once you do that, you should be OK

just like you said and there is no such choice on the list that comes up
i scrolled through all the choices and there is no such choice

3 hours now of fooling around with Mt 4 .... Already downloaded it
the charts and the tools are there and are working that's great !
Now , i even checked th help files and there
but there is no topic simply explain how to upload an indicator in the mt4 editor section ......

i only downloaded mtf4 to try to ge t this indicator in here that's being discussed

all the charts are there and all the charts tools are there , Great !

and get this little message ...............

I am assuming by upload you mean to make it work on your chart.
To make this indicator work, because it is a compiled program and not source code.
This is how I do it. This goes for any MT4 indicator, not just this one.
1. down load it from FF to Program Files/ Your Broker name/ experts/ indicators.
for example, my broker name is for charting MT4 is Strategybuilderfx.
So mine would be ProgramFiles/Strategybuildefx/experts/indicators
2 now that the ex4 compiled indicator is in the indicator folder on your computer, go ahead and start your Metatrader. If you already had it running, close it and restart it.
3 Now open the navagator window from the view menu at the top.
4 now select the indicator by it's name from the list of custom indicators that are listed after the experts.
5. Now left click on ithat indicator and keep holding down the click key and drag the indicator onto the chart.
6. now set the inputs the way you want them and click ok.
the proceedure is exactly the same for the source code version, because when you shut of mt4 and restart it it automatically compiles all source code files in all the folders...

It did not download !
i still get this

put it in your indicators folder>>>>>>open metaquotes and it will be in custom indicators....if not open up metaeditor and find the indicator and compile it then reset mt4 and it will be there...if not use SELECT PROGRAM and you can search for the mt4 program to open it...trading might be hard for you 
you have to download the indicator to use it..put it in the experts/indicators folder..

How to Add the Indicators to your MT4 Platform:
After you have downloaded the Indicators and Chart Template, you need to put them in the proper location in your MT4 Platform. The Indicators go in the INDICATORS Folder which is located inside the EXPERTS Folder and the Template goes in the TEMPLATES Folder, which is in the same area as the EXPERTS Folder. Here is a quick and easy way to accomplish this.
For the Indicators:
* Right click on the SHORTCUT Icon of your Brokers MT4 Platform
* Select PROPERTIES
* Click the FIND TARGET (or Open File Location)Button on the Shortcut TAB
* Locate the EXPERTS Folder in the window and open it
* Locate the INDICATORS Folder in the window and open it
* Drag all the Indicators into the INDICATORS Folder (not the Template)
For the Template:
* Right click on the SHORTCUT Icon of your Brokers MT4 Platform
* Select PROPERTIES
* Click the FIND TARGET (or Open File Location) Button on the Shortcut TAB
* Locate the TEMPLATES Folder in the window and open it
* Drag the FXTradepro Chart Template into the TEMPLATES Folder
* Close all Windows & Start up your MT4 Platform
Setting Up Your Charts with the Indicators & Template:
Now that you have the Indicators and Template loaded into the MT4 Platform, this is what you do to get everything set on a Chart.
* Open a new Chart from the FILE Menu on the Platform
* Once the Chart is open, right click on the Chart. A pull-down menu will appear. Select TEMPLATE. Another pull-down sub-menu will appear. Select FXTradepro Chart Template.
Now you should have the same Chart showing as I do. You can do this same procedure for any Currency Pair that you wish to follow. Below, I have Posted a picture of the Chart set-up along with the Indicators and Template.

I have just wasted 3 hours of my life trying to upload an indicator
that I found in this wonderull Forum ,

simply wants to upload an Indicator which is not being explained in this forum .
N0 one should have to go through this EVER !
