I sent a message last month to cancel my elite subscription and got billed again this month. Who do I need to send the this notice to to stop the billing?

You may cancel by yourself https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/general inside your paypal control panel (or worldpay control panel).

Or send PM to me if you do not know how to cancel: i don't have paypal but i know how to cancel

Just go to Paypal.com. Click on All Activity and find the link with your payment. Click on Details. Under the title Transaction Details, there should be a link with "In reference to:". Click on that link. At the bottom of that page you will see a button that says Cancel Subscription. Click that.

If you have some difficulties so send PM to any administrator (to me or to forexts).

You have to cancel the recurring payment in the world pay or paypal website, they shouldve sent you an email to login etc, cos when you sign up you agree for it to be recurring.

Problem is paypal often for things like this they don't tell you its recurring.

World pay beats paypal by 99.9% in my mind.
