Clock V1_2 is still incorrect with Tokyo time.
Japan doesn't adopt DST, so local time equals that of Tokyo (I live in Tokyo). But actually it's wrong; ex. "Local" shows 3:30am and "Tokyo" shows 4:30am.

Try this. It should be correct for GMT+8 timezone. Just load it without altering anything.
