Hi,
what I can say is that this is a 419 advanced fee scam email. I get them all the time.
The scam is that there is really no job (or mysterious millions of dollar lying in typically dormant African accounts). They scam you by building your trust and getting you to send them money via Western Union or MoneyGram.

Hello traders,
Strange coincidence to see coming Spam not solicited members this forum.
Undoubtedly that the Aegis Senior member (https://www.mql5.com/go?link=https://www.forex-tsd.dev/trader/aegis) could give us his point of view, but somebody would take the email adress and would make Spam.
I should not be alone to have received this type of email
